Home Training

As a Personal Trainer I specialise in home and outdoor training. The reason for this is that I honestly believe that the gym environment is not the best place for most people. It is full of posers and people wasting time trying to impress other people and look good.

Most gym apparatus is pointless in anyways. For almost every machine in the gym, there is a more appropriate free weights exercise which will be more beneficial for your development than any machine.

I believe in my ability to deliver one of the most effective workouts you could possibly receive in the privacy of your home.

Outdoor Training

Nothing beats training outdoors. Allowing the fresh air to fill your lungs is better than any air conditioned room (air conditioned rooms absorb all the moisture in the room and cause dry throats). Training for a running event? Will the event be held outdoors or inside on a treadmill? Specificity is what we're after and if training outdoors is going to be specific to your goals then you should be training outdoors.
